I was thin, but not fit. Exercise and fitness was never a priority. Who has time when you work a full time job and married with 3 kids? My attitude toward exercise and fitness changed after a recent health scare. I was committed to finding the time in my already busy day to get my butt in shape. This is where Tracy comes in. I’ve been working out with Tracy for the land few months and it has been a game changer. I go to the gym tired, walk out energized and satisfied that I did something for “me”. I show up at the gym and she has a workout planned for me - I don’t have to think about it…I just have to show up! My body has slowly transformed into one I’ve never had before. I have MUSCLES. I am loving the results. Lastly, Tracy is just a fantastic human being - I love her company and consider her a new friend. ❤️

I have never had a trainer like Tracy. Honestly she is my trainer, my therapist, and my hype girl. She does not let me nor won’t let me quit. She continues to push me to hit my goals. I have become so much stronger and toner thanks to her and her workout plans. She is the best trainer out there! She corrects you if you are doing the workout incorrectly but shows you what you are doing and then shows you how to fix it. She is so sweet and patient. She is a magician I swear. She knows your body better then you know it. She just reads your body so well and knows what would work and what won’t work I could not ask for a better trainer.
